All items for sale through the BSWCA Uniform Shop are second-hand (unless otherwise stated) and therefore a reasonable amount of wear and tear is to be expected.
Purchases from the Shop must be collected and will not be delivered, except by prior arrangement.
Completed Orders will be available for collection from the School on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month (term time only) between 8am and 9am.
In order to give us enough time to process your purchase, your Order must be completed no later than 4 days before the collection date.
Orders will be held for 2 months; if not collected by this time, the items will be returned to stock and no refund will be given. We will endeavour to contact you before we do this.
We mainly rely on the clothing labels to give us sizing information; if your purchases have been miscategorised, please inform uniform@bswca.org.uk and we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives.
