- All items for sale through the BSWCA Uniform Shop are second-hand (unless otherwise stated) and therefore a reasonable amount of wear and tear is to be expected.
- Purchases from the Shop must be collected and will not be delivered, except by prior arrangement.
- Completed Orders will be available for collection from the School on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month (term time only) between 8am and 9am.
- In order to give us enough time to process your purchase, your Order must be completed no later than 4 days before the collection date.
- Orders will be held for 2 months; if not collected by this time, the items will be returned to stock and no refund will be given. We will endeavour to contact you before we do this.
- We mainly rely on the clothing labels to give us sizing information; if your purchases have been miscategorised, please inform uniform@bswca.org.uk and we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives.
