Fancy getting active this half term and raise money for a new outdoor classroom for school? Then why not take part in the BSWCA’s Get Active at Half Term Challenge.
What’s going on?
An event giving families a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy the local area over the school half term break whilst raising money to support the BSWCA in fundraising for a new canopy to create an outdoor classroom for school.
Are you up for the challenge?
We want you to pledge to complete an activity (a walk, run, cycle, hop – or anything else, it’s your call!) over a distance between 1km and 100km between 30th May and 6th June.
How do I get involved?
The easiest way to raise funds is to create a JustGiving page and link it to our campaign. Then all you need to do is tell people about your challenge and maybe doing a bit of training, depending on what you’re doing.
We will also be giving some prizes for people who want to get a bit creative:
- Best Outfit
- Most Exciting Challenge
- Most Money Raised
